Unfortunately we are seeing an increase in abuse towards our staff.
All our staff do the very best, for all our patients, at all times. We are sorry we cannot give out appointments that we don’t have, and we are sorry that we cant see everyone on the day.
We appreciate that the majority of our patients are really lovely, but for those who swear, raise their voices and are generally rude, this will result in a written warning letter, and if repeated will result in being removed from our practice.
We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE to any abusive behaviour.
